Alessandro & Elena left behind stable careers - one in restaurant management, the other at Google - to build something of their own. Driven by a shared love for real Italian food and a desire to break away from the usual pasta-and-pizza clichés, they created al volo: a place where Italy’s regional traditions meet London’s fast pace.
